If you love making or eating chili, join us for the chili cook-off. This age-old firehouse tradition of cooking chili heats up when cooks from across the country vie for the title of Best Chili. The winner in each category (salsa, chili verde, and red chili) will qualify to compete in the World Championship Chili Cook-off! This event is filled with festivities, including chili tastings for you, and music and games for the kids. The Chili Fest competition is sanctioned by the International Chili Society.
The seventh annual A Ride to Remember Motorcycle Ride begins at the Fire Museum of Greater Cincinnati. The after party is held at Harley-Davidson on Tennessee Avenue.
All proceeds from Fire Fest benefit the Fire Museum of Greater Cincinnati and the Warthogs Police and Fire Memorial Fund.

Hearing “we had flashbacks of Colerain” from the Deputy Chief was not something I wanted to hear! It gives me chills when they talk about spongy floors and air horns.
Thank the good Lord everyone got out ok. Wish I could have expressed the importance of this… but most of those folks dont really understand….

We are so proud of Lockland’s Brandon, a cop AND a firefighter, for overcoming so many obstacles dealt by fate and going home to his family today on the road to recovery. Truly a miracle as well as a testament to his sheer will and determination, as well as the love of his family, fellow officers, and firefighters.
Keep it up. We’re sure to see you eating burritos soon! We’re so behind you! Visit Cincinnati.com for the video & photos.
To donate to his recovery, please send a short email and we’ll put you in touch with the department. God Bless!
